R3-Fill: zero waste refills to the door delivery service

R3fill environment-friendly products

Cathryn Wilkins writes: 'I am a local resident who is passionate about helping local communities in Derbyshire reduce their dependency on single use plastic and to help us reduce plastic waste. I set up R3-Fill in the June of 2019 and am delighted to say that the business is steadily growing and that there is definitely huge interest and support behind the concept of refilling.R3-Fill is an online Zero-Waste service, delivering refillable personal care, laundry and cleaning products to people's doorsteps across Derbyshire (I deliver to Quarndon & Allestree every Friday). I function like a modern milkman but without the milk.

People place an order online and the refills get delivered in glass bottles or reusable containers to their homes, empties are collected to be washed and refilled over and over again.I stock a range of other eco friendly products, like dental care, kitchen and bathroom essentials and offer a one-of-a-kind refillable organic refillable skincare scheme for those after top quality and affordable skincare. I hope to add refill dry food at some point - step by step! The more people who jump on board the refill revolution, the better the chances of reversing some of the damage already caused to our beautiful planet.'
