Shed Break-in
There was a shed break-in on the lower part of Church Road / Brook Close on Tuesday, probably early evening. Fortunately nothing was taken but there was damage to the shed. In this case nothing was taken as the more valuable items were chained and tamper proof hinges had been used. There is a lesson for us all there. Allestree Park Fence meeting on 1st March
Allestree Park Rewilding update
Quarndon residents living on the perimeter of Allestree Park received a leaflet some weeks ago saying that work would start soon on a fence as part of Allestree Park rewilding. Mobile Police Station to visit Quarndon
Members of Belper Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) will be visiting Quarndon on Saturday 11th February from 11am to 2pm.
You can find the van by the Village Hall.
SNT officers will be available if you would like to pop along and discuss any local issue you want them to know about, or simply call in for a chat with officers from your local team.

Community Engagement on Improvements to Curzon School
On Monday 23rd January from 4pm until 6:30pm everyone is invited to visit the school to look at the plans we have in place. These include replacing 2 classrooms with 2 new classrooms and improving the school hall. You are welcome to drop in at any time during this evening.
