Due to self-isolation Quarndon Parish Council meeting at 7:30pm on 21st July will be held via Zoom.

Refills on the Road is a mobile zero waste shop selling store cupboard foods, cleaning products, and toiletries/household items without the plastic packaging.

The Common will be closed from 0930 to 1530 on 8th July 2021, between 550m and 650m east of its junction with Inn Lane to facilitate access to overhead cables.
A diversion will be in operation, via Cumberhills Road, Kedleston Road, Church Road and vice versa.

Several Quarndon locations were festooned with poetry for the weekend of June 19th to 20th. Visitors voted for their favourite published poem; residents of all ages entered their original poetry, and the rain thoughtfully stayed away.

Quarndon held its first Repair Cafe on Saturday at the Village Hall! This is the result of a collaboration between Quarndon Events, who provided funding, and Quarndon Community Group who covered planning and logistics.
