Help to count the stars!
The CPRE (Council for the Protection of Rural England) is holding its annual star count to get a guide to night-time light pollution in February.

Action Fraud has received many reports from members of the public who have been sent text messages claiming to be from the NHS, offering them the opportunity to sign up for Coronavirus vaccinations. St Paul's Church Cosure
St Paul's Church is closing once more until it is safe to re-open.
There will be services held both online and via Zoom. Details are available on the St Paul's Church website, https://www.stpaulsquarndon.org.uk
For anyone who wants to worship with others inside, St Nick's in Allestree will host a joint 10am service with St Paul's on January 31st.

Quarndon Support

Funding Opportunity for Outdoor Recreation in Quarndon
Dear Quarndon residents,
Quarndon Parish Council (QPC) has been told by Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC) that £41,644 is available from the Poppyfields Meadow developer's "Section 106" funding for "the enhancement of recreational open space in the area within which the development is situated."
