Big Jubilee Lunch 5th June - Save the Date!
Quarndon will be celebrating Her Majesty the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in royal style with an afternoon of food, fancy dress, friendship and fun on the afternoon of Sunday 5th June.

Giant Hogweed has been found in several locations on or near public footpaths. See map of locations and photos of the sites.

Kedleston Road Shut 25 April - 01 May
Kedleston Road will be shut from 25th April until 1st May to complete work on the new roundabout at the bottom of Askerfield Avenue. The new roundabout is for the Miller Homes Development

Quarndon Repair Café this Saturday 30th April 10am – 12noon at the Village Hall
Come along to see if our team of volunteer repairers can fix your broken items or just for a chat with coffee and cake!
To give you an idea of what may languish in your house we have had: a broken bed; several clocks; a table with a broken leg; a bike with no brakes; a broken lamp; various clothes and soft furnishings for sewing; and many more items that were flagging.

Danceathon Ukraine Fundraiser
On Sunday 24th April, at the Kedleston Country House Hotel local people will be attempting a 12-hour Danceathon to raise funds for the people of Ukraine, starting at 10am and finishing at 10pm.
